Dr. Christina Trautman, PRPC

Christina created The Pelvic Floor Place with a desire to help all women dealing with pelvic floor pain and dysfunction. She grew up experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction as a kid but was able to make a full recovery through pelvic floor rehabilitation. It was because of her personal experience that she pursued physical therapy school and went on to become a Women’s Health Physical Therapist with a specialty in prenatal and postpartum care.

Through her 12+ years as a physical therapist, Christina has developed a program that utilizes corrective pelvic floor exercises to help women reach their fitness goals and reverse symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. She also treats kids for bowel and bladder dysfunction and uses a variety of exercises and education to help them.
